What is good for you - what do you really want?

Your being is as unique as you are: your nature, your experience and your desires.

Over many years our thought turn into strong patterns. Thinking in these rigid constructs makes change really hard and it becomes difficult to recognize what is good for us. My qualified support helps you to carefully open up the patterns, gives you orientation, and helps you to open your mindset in a positive way.

To reconnect with yourself, we activate your inner compass:
Your body and mind communicate daily and provide you with a variety of signals. Learn to recognize and understand them by consciously reconnecting your body and mind with the help of my methods. Mindfully immerse yourself your feelings, thoughts and actions, allow space and discover your desires and potential.
The objective of our joint work is inner growth and conscious alignment in order to shape your life in a self-effective, joyful and dedicated way!
 
My multidimensional method of emotional, mental and physical communication includes the essential aspects of our being. If they are equally considered and consciously applied, change processes can be successfully holistically implemented.

Everything changes and is in motion: consciously and unconsciously, internally and externally, privately and professionally. We are constantly realigning ourselves, seeking balance and orientation.

In continuous reflection, supplemented by exercises from coaching, meditation and breathing, we bring your feelings, thoughts and actions into interaction and harmony. You will formulate clear goals, practise motivated implementation, identify blockages and learn how to resolve them on your own.

The methods are used and developed transparently and comprehensibly so that you can apply them independently of me in the future.

Calm, strength, flexibility.
With yoga, meditation and breathing, we practise facing challenging situations, and not least ourselves, with more calmness, flexibility and confidence. Consciously practising yoga has a preventative effect and helps us to make everyday life and the ageing process more pleasant.

Nutrition & training

The individual combination of nutrition and exercise forms the practical basis for keeping our physical and mental structures as healthy and functional as possible. Depending on your
personal situation and your goal, we will find out together what a practicable organisation and implementation could look like.
