The difference in coaching and counselling:
Coaching focusses on your personal growth. I will support you indirectly while you will become aware of your abilities and unfold your strengths. With this, you can develop and implement solutions on your own. We approach your topic, you name the challenge and goal, discuss these with my help and work out possible solution scenarios. Intensive communication and individually selected, insight-promoting methods form the basis.

Within the framework of counselling, I actively intervene in a formative way. The basis for this is a detailed situation analysis, which is supplemented by my expertise and research in preliminary work. I will develop possible solutions and corresponding action steps in advance, present them to you and then we will reflect on them together. I will support you with my expert advice, give recommendations, tips, and develop appropriate strategies and plans to achieve your goals. By arrangement, counselling can be supplemented with elements of coaching and mentoring.
