TRAINING

Training intensifies your awareness and promotes not only physical but also mental aspects in terms of holistic personal development: self-perception and self-awareness are improved, deficits are specifically compensated for and weakened areas are strengthened with taining.  

You will develop motivation and energy that will release inner resistance. You will be supported in the realisation of preventative movement concepts and learn to integrate this time into your everyday life.

Physical, emotional and mental mobility cannot be taken for granted. Our proportion of movement has decreased with historical development and the corresponding increase in comfort.
 
If we compare this to how we demand our mental agility, often involuntarily, via audiovisual stimuli, it becomes clear that it is important for our holistic well-being to also take care of our physical development. Not least to create the balance that we need to maintain our individual physical and mental health. Last but not least, we need to consider how we eat and use this energy in the most supportive way.

Your individual characteristics become clear in your everyday life, which is characterised by an internal and external personal rhythm. Your personal lifestyle includes aspects such as sleep behavior, diet, workload, social life, exercise and recovery phases. The interplay of mental and physical concepts and habits is largely responsible for your well-being. They have a corresponding effect on our emotional, mental, and physical fitness.

You are what you eat...

With food we not only nourish our physical structures but also our mind and soul. Our diet has a significant influence on our inner and outer well-being. Food has different properties in terms of energy, nutritional value, density and fibre intake.

When we immerse ourselves in the world of nutrition, we easily develop an understanding of what is really good for us and receive simple tips on how we can achieve our goals.

What should I consume generously or in moderation?

How can I replace less helpful foods with healthier ingredients without sacrificing my enjoyment?

How do I skillfully combine my food and prepare my meals simply and deliciously?
